This Privacy Notice explains what personal information Satorni ("Satorni," "we," "our," or "us") collects through this website (satorni.co, the "Site"), how we use, share, and protect it, and the privacy rights available to you — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA ("CCPA").
Scope
This Notice applies to personal information we collect on this Site, including our online diagnostic tools, qualification forms, and scheduling portals. It does not apply to information collected through offline channels, or to websites operated by third parties, affiliates, or partners.
Personal Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, request a Growth Audit, complete a diagnostic or qualification form, schedule a strategy session, subscribe to a service, or apply for a job, we may collect your name, email, phone number, company name, website URL, business details (revenue range, marketing budget, growth constraints), billing details (processed via Stripe), and — for applicants — your resume and portfolio.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring/exit URLs, pages viewed, actions taken, and dates/times of visits. We collect this through cookies and tracking technologies (see below).
In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers (name, business email, phone, IP address) — used to respond to inquiries, schedule sessions, onboard clients, recruit, and target ads; disclosed to analytics, CRM, scheduling, and advertising partners.
- Commercial / Inquiry Information (diagnostic responses, revenue range, budget, requested services, transaction history) — used to evaluate growth bottlenecks, tailor service proposals, and manage accounts; disclosed to our CRM, payment processors, and client portals.
- Internet or Network Activity (pages viewed, clicks, form interactions, referring URLs) — used to measure and optimize the Site, diagnostic tools, and advertising; disclosed to analytics and advertising partners.
- Professional Information (resume, work history, portfolio — job applicants only) — used to evaluate job and contractor applications; disclosed to recruiting service providers.
- Inferences / Audience Data (inferred business needs and interests) — used for B2B advertising and remarketing; disclosed to advertising partners.
We do not intend to collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, precise geolocation, or other "sensitive personal information," and we do not use such data for purposes requiring a statutory right to limit.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and local storage on our Site:
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, to understand Site usage and user flow.
- Advertising & Attribution: Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, and LinkedIn Insight Tags, to measure ad performance and show relevant B2B remarketing ads on third-party platforms.
- Forms & Scheduling: Tally, Typeform, Cal.com, and HubSpot, for qualification forms, assessments, and call scheduling.
- E-Commerce & Portals: Stripe for payment processing and Notion for client portal access.
How We Use Personal Information
To respond to inquiries and applications; to operate, optimize, and secure the Site; to deliver our growth and design services; to communicate with you; to perform analytics; to market and remarket our services; to enforce our Terms; and to comply with legal obligations.
"Sale" and "Sharing" of Personal Information
Because we use advertising and analytics technologies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag), we "share" — and may "sell," as defined under the CCPA — certain identifiers and internet activity information for cross-context behavioral advertising and analytics. We do not exchange your information for money.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
